What led you through the doors of THE GYM and what was your “ahhhhhaaa” moment when you realized you needed to make a change?
I was in a workout rut from the covid days. I was working out at home by myself and it wasn’t really working for me. I had heard about the gym from a coworker who had an amazing transformation and thought I should give it a try. I also knew that with the holidays coming I needed to do something different and change my workout path. My Aha moment came towards the end of the 30 day challenge. I was feeling stronger, my diet was in a groove and I was losing weight.
The first two days I went to class were a shock to my system. I had started on a Thursday and a Friday which are partner workouts and alittle more challenging than Monday – Wednesday. I wasn’t sure it was for me but the positive atmosphere kept me coming back. The first few weeks I thought I was to old for this style of training but after the 30 day challenge. I am so glad I trusted the process.
